February 2010 club round

Wedgy 1.5m swell greeted 27 surfers on the morning of the first round of the year. A narrow swell period made the long paddle out a difficult and exhausting challenge. New members welcomed were Olivia and Jason Geggie, Steve Carrig, Greg Thomas, Jack and Damian Shanahan and Megan Ward. There was some great surfing from the juniors, ladies and the younger guys in the mens divisions.
